In order to help us dispatch the right sized vehicle to collect your goods, please provide a description of the items to be collected when booking. If the goods are palletised we simply need to know the height, weight and type of pallet (standard or Euro) & if there is any overhang. Non palletised freight or cargo can benefit from you including a photo with a description at the time of booking in order for us to provide the correct vehicle.

Keeping Vehicle Size To The Minimum

Our open back flat beds or drop side vehicles allow tall & wide loads that would normally require a Heavy Goods Vehicle HGV to be carried in a more environmentally friendly way. As a much smaller vehicle they also have the benefit of simplifying deliveries to difficult to reach urban areas with restricted access. Already popular for ultra urban deliveries in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol & other big cities — they will become increasingly necessary as local authorities push ahead with congestion charges & pedestrianisation of town centres.
